The Charlene Handle Bag elevates any look with its unique wooden handles. It has charm galore, just like the woman it’s named after. But beware: you won’t be able to escape compliments wherever you take it!  This bag is named after my Grandmother, Charelene Bartholomew Hammrick. 

  • Made with black buttery soft cowhide leather, this purse has a sleekly firm structure. 
  • This tote can fit a tablet or small laptop. It can be used as a purse and can easily store a wallet, a phone, a sunglass case, car keys, a water bottle, etc.
  • Edges are whip-stitched with brown calf lace 
  • Unlined 
  • Grommets are included or can be added for crossbody straps 

Please note this item takes anywhere from 4 - 8 weeks to create. If you need your bag sooner, please let me Wild Bluebell know, and we will do everything we can to accommodate.

    Care Instructions

    Wild Bluebell pieces are handmade using centuries-old leathercraft techniques. All pieces are made to last a lifetime.

    • Store your clutch in a dry, flat place.
    • If bent for too long, leather will reform so make sure to store with care. 
    • Use a dry cloth to clean and move to a slightly damp cloth for any challenging clean-ups. 
    • Do not use any chemicals or cleaners on your purchase. 
    • If you see a cloudy ring around the stone, know this is normal: it is residue from the glue used to secure the stone. Wipe the residue away with a slightly damp cloth. 

     

    If your clutch has an agate stone, and is dropped resulting in the stone breaking, contact Ellie - ellie@wildbluebell.co - for repair.
